Treat every member with kindness and respect, regardless of background, beliefs, or circumstances.

Provide accurate information about yourself and your experiences. Misleading others undermines trust.

Help fellow alumni succeed. Share opportunities, offer guidance, and celebrate each other's achievements.

Community Guidelines

Profile Information

  • Use your real name and provide accurate contact information
  • Upload appropriate profile photos that represent you professionally
  • Keep your information up-to-date, especially contact details
  • Don't create fake profiles or impersonate others

Communication

  • Be respectful and professional in all communications
  • Use appropriate language - avoid profanity, harassment, or discrimination
  • Respect others' privacy and don't share personal information without permission
  • Keep discussions relevant to the GSS Gwarinpa community

Content & Media

  • Share appropriate photos and content that reflect our school values
  • Don't post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
  • Tag people appropriately and get permission before posting photos of others

Prohibited Activities

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
  • Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or pyramid schemes
  • Sharing false information or spreading rumors
  • Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
  • Using the platform for illegal activities or to promote harmful content

Enforcement & Reporting

We take community guidelines seriously. Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans depending on the severity.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please report it immediately.

Appeal Process

If you believe a moderation action was unfair, you can appeal the decision.
